We will refund the pilot fee you paid, up to $5,000. You keep your original content. If you receive a refund, you must stop using the finished pilot videos, remove published copies from channels you control, and delete retained copies.

Sign an annual Vidloft Order Form within 14 days after the pilot ends and we will credit the pilot fee you paid, up to $5,000, toward your first-quarter charges.
